Here are the sales numbers for the week ending May 8, 2009.

As expected, we are seeing a growth in the number of new listings.  Pending sales are up and closed sales are down which is normal for the first week of the month. However, thirty-one new pending sales ia a healthy number.  If we continue at that pace we should be over a hundred sales a month soon.
